Frequently Asked Questions

USA standard delivery is free for orders over £30 or £3 for orders under £30.

UK standard delivery is free for orders over £30 or £3 for orders under £30. We use Royal Mail 2nd Class for this service.

UK 1st class post costs £4.50 per order.

International delivery outside of the UK and USA costs £10 per order.

Orders to be shipped to the USA are dispatched from our warehouse in Utah. Orders will be shipped the next working day after you order.

Orders to be shipped to the UK are dispatched from our warehouse in Devon. If you place your order by 2pm Monday to Friday we will dispatch the same day (excluding bank holidays). If you order after 2pm on a Friday or at the weekend, we will dispatch the following Monday.

2nd class post usually takes 2-5 working days after dispatch and 1st class post 1-2 working days after dispatch, however delivery times are not guaranteed.
